We want all our customers to be happy. If you are not completely satisfied with any of the goods you purchased, please contact us using the email enquiries@cloudlesslemonade.co.uk.
You have the right to return your product for any reason within 30 days. The return period is counted from the day of delivery of your order. The item(s) must be unopened, in the original packaging, in a resaleable condition and accompanied by a return number (RN). The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
To Return an Item
Email enquiries@cloudlesslemonade.co.uk with your order number to request a RN number. Please provide your order number when making this request. You will be emailed a return form which you need to print out and put in your return package. Please mail your package with the form enclosed to:

We recommend that you return the package via a trackable method.
Please note that Cloudless Lemonade does not cover the cost of return postage.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved.
If approved, your payment will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
If for any reason your return cannot be accepted, we will contact you via email to discuss the reasons and the options available.
Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if any of the following occur:

An item is defective or damaged

When contacting us about damaged items please include a photo of the item and both the inner and outer packaging.
Exchanges
We cannot exchange items but if you change your mind about an item or items you can return them subject to the terms above, and then you can then place a new order for your preferred items.
